Spinto tenor David Meier has performed leading roles in major operas in North and South America, as well as Europe. A versatile singing artist, David trained as a dancer with Joffrey II Ballet, Alvin Ailey and Alwin Nikolais dance troupes, and as an actor in New York City with HB Studios. He competed successfully as a mime throughout Europe. His vocal repertoire includes the "leading-man" roles that make opera opera for so many fans: Cavaradossi in Puccini's Tosca, Manrico in Verdi's Il Trovatore, Radames in Aida, Rodolfo in La Boheme, Don Jose in Carmen and Lenski in Eugene Onegin.
